fcdproc : An Automated FCD Detection Processing Pipeline for Structural MRI Data

fcdproc is a Nipype-based processing application that detects subtle Focal Cortical Dysplasia (FCD) lesions in MRI negative Epilespy patients.

This application is easily installable, requires minimal user input, and only a small training set of normative data and FCD lesions.
